The financial report indicated that reasons for the substantial increase for net profits of Huayu Mining in the first half of 2017 on the year-on-year basis were increased operating revenues, decreased operating costs and losses from asset devaluation. Main reasons for the increase of operating revenues during the period were increased selling prices and others.
Primarily engaging in mining, beneficiation, geological survey and trading for lead, zinc, antimony, copper and other non-ferrous metals, Huayu Mining mainly produces zinc concentrate, lead-antimony concentrate (silver-bearing) and copper concentrate. Its controlling reserves for lead, zinc, cooper, antimony and silver resources have reached 821,100 metal tons, 1 . 2554 million metal tons, 27,600 metal tons, 184,700 metal tons and 2,107 . 71 metal tons now respectively.
